In order to report the loss of your device, you need to contact our customer service via live chat at https://simo.co/livechat.
Once the loss of your device has been reported, we will suspend your account from the device. All your remaining data plan balance will be forfeited without any refund.
We are not able to provide any location service at the moment for the lost device and can only prevent further abusive usage from being done. The customer is still responsible for paying for all the charges that occur on its device prior to and after having reported the loss of the device.
