Hotspot Eligibility Checklist
In order to sell a used Solis Hotspot back to Skyroam, please be sure that your hotspot meets the following requirements before applying for the program. If any of the following requirements are not reported truthfully, your hotspot may be deemed unqualified for buy-back compensation.
Skyroam is not responsible for shipping back unqualified devices once they have been sent to our warehouses.
Skyroam Solis X Checklist:
My Hotspot Turns on |

My Hotspot’s welcome chime is working: Solis X chimes when turning on - this may take a few seconds after the initial LED bar lights up. |

Hotspot can connect to the Solis WiFi App / Online Portal |

Hotspot’s camera works: | |
1. Can take a photo |

3. Flash works |

5. Microphone works (playback video and check if it has sound) |

Hotspot, itself can charge: Plug USB-C cord (longer orange cord) into the hotspot port, then plug the other end into a wall charger. Hotspot LED bar should display a waterfall animation to indicate charging. |

Hotspot Powerbank can charge other devices: Insert adapter (smaller orange cord) into the USB-C port at the rear of the device, connect a separate device (such as a smartphone) via USB cable and check if it is charging. |

My hotspot is in good condition (no water damage, no significant damage to the hardware, etc) |
