Switch Between Virtual SIM (vSIM) and Physical SIM

Solis 5G allows you to use either the built-in Virtual SIM (vSIM) or a physical Nano SIM card. You can easily switch between the two directly from the device settings at any time.

Follow the steps below to change the active SIM type.

Switch SIM Types

1. Power on your Solis 5G and wait for the device to finish starting up.

2. From the Home screen, select Menu.

3. Swipe to Settings and select it.

4. Select SIM Type.

5. Choose the SIM you want to use:

   • Virtual SIM (vSIM) – Uses your SIMO data plan.
   • Physical SIM – Uses a compatible Nano SIM card from your preferred carrier.

Your Solis 5G will automatically switch to the selected SIM type. Depending on the network, the device may take a few moments to reconnect.

Note: If you're switching to a physical SIM, make sure a compatible Nano SIM card is properly inserted before selecting Physical SIM. Likewise, if you're switching to the Virtual SIM (vSIM), ensure your device has an active SIMO data plan.
