Guide to Redeeming your 15GB Data


In the age of digital connectivity, data has become a precious commodity that powers our online experiences. Whether you’re streaming videos, browsing social media, or working remotely, having access to data is essential.

If you’ve purchased the Solis 5G Hotspot + 15 GBs of data, you’ll need to follow the steps below to redeem your 15GBs:

  1. Power on your Solis 5G hotspot.
  2. Sign-up for a Solis Account on the SIMO portal:
    • If you’re an existing Solis user, you’ll still need to sign up for a new account on the SIMO Portal.
  3. Visit SIMO Portal and login with your account.
  4. Go to the ‘My Plans’ page.
  5. On the ‘My Plans’ page, you’ll be able to claim or redeem the 15GB.
  6. Once you've redeemed your 15GB, you’ll be able to access the internet.
  7. Please note: The 15GB data will expire in 6-months after redemption.
