Getting Started

1. Charge

During Charging: The power indicator light flashes white; when fully charged, indicator is steady white.

When Working: 0-20% power indicator light is always red; 20-100% power indicator light is white.

2. Power on

Press and hold the power button on the top of the device for 3 seconds to turn on.

3. Wait for the hotspot to find a signal

After the device is turned on, the network status indicator starts blinking and searches for the network. It may take a couple of minutes to find a signal depending on your location. When the network status indicator is on, the network is successfully connected.

4. Sign up and add hotspot

Scan the QR Code on the bottom of your device with your phone to open the SIMO web portal. Sign up or log into your SIMO account. The hotspot will be added to your account automatically. 

5. Buy or activate WiFi

Visit the Shop page on the web portal to buy or redeem a data plan.
