Solis Zero offers both single-country and regional data plans, so you can choose the coverage that best fits your trip.

Available Data Packages

All Solis Zero plans are valid for 30 days and are available in the following data options:

  • 3 GB for 30 days
  • 10 GB for 30 days
  • 25 GB for 30 days
  • 50 GB for 30 days

When Does My Plan Activate?

Your Solis Zero eSIM activates automatically when it first connects to a supported mobile network in a destination covered by your plan.

You can install your eSIM before you travel. Your 30-day validity period doesn't begin until the eSIM is activated.

Can I Test My Solis Zero Before Leaving?

You can activate your Solis Zero eSIM at home if your data plan covers your home country. Simply connect your device to a mobile network using the Solis Zero eSIM to activate it. 

How Long Is My Plan Valid?

Once activated, your Solis Zero data plan is valid for 30 consecutive days. Any unused data expires at the end of the validity period and cannot be carried over.

Can I Top Up?

If you need more data, you can purchase another eSIM from soliszero.co. You can't add more data to an eSIM after it is purchased. 

What Happens When My Plan Expires?

Your plan expires when:

  1. You have used all your data or 
  2. The expiration date of your plan has been reached.

In any case, once the plan expires, you can't reuse the eSIM again. If you need more data, you need to purchase another eSIM from soliszero.co.

Is there a Fair Usage Policy or Throttling?

No, there is no throttling or Fair Usage Policy with Solis Zero.

Can I get a refund for unused data?

Unfortunately, refunds are not eligible for any unused data. All data plan purchases are final.
