We are thrilled to announce an update on your account experience on SIMO Portal and Solis App. We have migrated your Solis account to SIMO portal to enhance security and provide you with a better user experience.
What You Need to Know:

I only have an account in the Solis Portal/Solis App. | Use the email and password you use to login to the Solis Portal/Solis app to login to the SIMO Portal. |
I have an account in both the Solis Portal/Solis app and the SIMO Portal, and the email address and password I use are the same for both accounts. | Use the email and password you use to login to the Solis Portal/Solis app to login to the SIMO Portal. You will be able to manage all your solis devices in the SIMO portal and updated Solis app. |
I have an account in both the Solis Portal/Solis app and the SIMO Portal, the email address is the same but the password I use is different for the SIMO portal. |

After the account migration you will be prompted to log back in to the Solis app. Be sure to download the latest version of the Solis app in order to experience your upgraded account.
What happens to my data plans?
All your existing data plans remain unchanged and fully accessible within the Solis app and SIMO Portal.
