Yes, the SIMO 365 Early Bird Plan with auto-renew after 12-months at $120 USD.

3.  What will happen if user unsubscribes from SIMO 365 before the 12th month? 

The user will still have access for the remaining months.

4.  Does SIMO 365 plan need to be manually activated? 

SIMO 365 plan is activated upon purchase.

5.  When there is no local WiFi or physical SIM inserted in the tablet, will the tablet connect to SIMO? 

When the tablet is not connected to WiFi or no physical SIM card inserted, the tablet will automatically connect to SIMO vSIM.
