Go to 'Device Information' on the left navigation bar. In the 'Device Information' page, you will find the device serial number and IMEI. Please note, the device serial number (SIMO) is the device serial number provided to SIMO Customer Support when troubleshooting.
2. What type of SIM is can be used with the Acer Laptop?
Nano SIM is compatible with the Acer Laptop.
3. Is SIMO Zero (eSIM) compatible with the Acer Laptop?
Yes, the SIMO Zero eSIM is compatible with the Acer laptop, just like other brands' eSIMs. Users can download and use it via our Windows App.
4. How can I access the SIMO Portal if I do not have internet access?
If you don't have a data plan but are using SIMO vSIM, you can still access the SIMO portal through the SIMO App, as we have a whitelisted network for that purpose.
5. Is there a 'Hotspot' function for the Acer Laptop?
