1. Charge

Charge the hotspot with the provided charging cable and a 5V/2A adapter. Power adapter is not included.

2. Power On

Press and hold onto the power button for 3 seconds to power on the hotspot.

3. Wait for the Hotspot to Find a Signal

It may take a couple of minutes to find a signal depending on your location. The LED bar will animate back and forth while the device is booting up.

Once the LED bar and the three indicator lights turn solid white, it indicates that the device is ready for use. 

4. Sign Up and Add Hotspot

Scan the OR code printed on the bottom of your hotspot with your phone to open the SIMO web portal. Sign up or log in to your SIMO account. The hotspot will be added to your account automatically.

If a user wishes to signup / register in the Solis App, they may need to select ‘Other Devices’. Users with an existing Legacy account may experience issues adding the Solis Pro until the migration is complete. 

5. Buy or Activate WiFi

Visit the Shop page on the web portal / App to buy a data plan If you have a prepaid code, enter the code before checkout to redeem the prepaid service.

6. Connect to the Hotspot Wi-Fi

The hotspot’s Wi-Fi name and password can be found on the bottom of your hotspot. Connect to the hotspot Wi-Fi just like any other Wi-Fi network.
