How to Redeem Prepaid Data Codes

Redeeming your prepaid plan code on a Solis device is simple and fast. Just follow these steps:

Step 1: Power on and connect

  1. Turn on your Solis device.
  2. Connect your phone or laptop to the device's Wi-Fi network.

Step 2: Access the SIMO App or Portal

  • On mobile: Download and open the SIMO App.
  • On desktop: Visit the SIMO web portal and sign in - or create an account if you're new.

Step 3: Locate the redemption section

  • In the SIMO app: Tap on the Shop page, then select Apply Code in the top-right corner.
  • On the web portal: Navigate to the Shop page and click Redeem or Apply Coupon Code in the upper-right corner.

Step 4: Enter your code

Carefully enter your prepaid code exactly as it appears - including any capital letters and dashes - then click Apply.

  • If you purchased a pre-bundled data plan, the redemption code will be emailed to you within 24-hours.
  • If you have a physical data card, scratch off the gray panel to reveal your code.

Step 5: Verify and enjoy

Once accepted, the data plan is added to your account. Check your updated plan under My Plans - it will show remaining data or validity date. You can now use your device with the new plan.

Tips and Important Info

  • Prepaid codes are single-use and time-sensitive. Enter them exactly as printed or emailed including upper-case letters and dashes.
  • Codes are redeemable only via SIMO App or portal - not during checkout.
  • Already on a data plan? Simply add your prepaid code to extend or top up your current plan.
  • Daypass: Your account will be credited with the number of Daypasses included in your plan. You can activate each Daypass at anytime - each one provides 24-hours of Wi-Fi from the moment of activation.
  • Subscription: Once you redeem your code, your 30-day subscription will begin immediately. The plan will automatically renew each month. If you wish to cancel after the first month, make sure to unsubscribe at least 4 business days before the end of your billing cycle to avoid being charged for the next month.

  • Invalid code? Ensure no typos, and confirm if the code has expired or been used.
  • Still seeing an old plan? Refresh the app, or check My Plans on the web portal.
