Use a Prepaid Code or Coupon Code

SIMO supports two types of codes:

• Prepaid codes: Redeem a prepaid data plan. You don't need to pay at checkout. 
• Coupon codes: Apply a discount to eligible purchases during checkout.

Whether you have a prepaid code or a coupon code, you use it the same way. There are two places you can enter the code.

Apply Code on the Shop Page

The first way is to apply the code on the Shop page. 

1. Go to the Shop page. In the upper-right corner, tap Apply Code in the SIMO app, or Redeem or Apply Coupon Code in the SIMO portal.

2. Enter your code in the pop-up window and click Apply.

3. Select the data plan you want to redeem or purchase.

4. Click Place Order in the SIMO app or Confirm in the SIMO portal to redeem or purchase the plan.

Apply Code on the Product Details Page

The second way is to apply the code on the product details page.

1. Select the plan you want to apply the code to.

2. On the Product Details page, click Apply Code. You can skip this step if you use the SIMO portal.
3. Enter the code and click Apply

4. Click Place Order in the SIMO app or Confirm in the SIMO portal to redeem or purchase the plan.

Why Do I Need a Payment Method to Redeem a Plan?

If you are redeeming a subscription plan, a payment method is needed at checkout. You won't get charged for the redemption. The payment method is used for renewals. 

Troubleshooting

• Invalid code? Ensure no typos, and confirm if the code has expired or been used.
• Still seeing an old plan? Refresh the app, or check My Plans on the web portal.
