Overview

The Fair Usage Policy (FUP) is designed to ensure a reliable and consistent network experience for all SIMO users.

The Fair Usage Policy applies to Unlimited Data Subscriptions and Global Daypasses. While these plans provide unlimited internet access, each includes a specific amount of high-speed data. Once the included high-speed data has been used, you can continue using data at reduced speeds for the remainder of your plan or subscription period.

How the Fair Usage Policy Works

Your plan includes a certain amount of high-speed data. After you've used that allowance:

• Your internet service does not stop.
• You can continue using data without purchasing another plan.
• Your connection speed will be reduced for the remainder of your plan period.

Will my internet stop working after I use all of my high-speed data?

No. Your service will continue, but your connection speed will be reduced for the remainder of your Daypass or billing cycle.

When will my high-speed data be restored?

Automatically restored for Global Daypasses when you purchase and activate a new 24-hour Daypass, and for Unlimited Subscriptions when your subscription renews. Some Unlimited plans also offer High-Speed Data Top-Up options.

It helps ensure that all customers receive a reliable and consistent network experience by managing high-speed data usage while still providing continuous internet access after the high-speed allowance has been reached.

• Check your data usage regularly in the Solis App or your SIMO account.
• If you frequently use large amounts of data, consider a Premium Unlimited plan.
• If available for your plan, purchase a High-Speed Data Top-Up to restore faster speeds before your next billing cycle.
