How to Refer a Friend

You can refer a friend or family member directly from the SIMO app. 

1. Log in to your account.
2. Go to the Rewards tab.
3. Scroll down to Earm More Points and tap Refer Friends and Family. 

4. A pop-up appears. Tap Refer Now to share your referral link with your friend or family. You can share your link via SMS, email, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and more. 

5. When your friend or family clicks your referral link, they will be directed to the SIMO online store. 

6. Your friend or family member enters their email address to receive a 20% off discount code. The discount will be applied automatically at checkout, and they'll also receive the code by email. Please note that your friend or family member must be a new customer to receive the referral discount. 

7. Once your friend or family member completes their first purchase, you will get 1000 points in 45 days. You can earn up to 4,000 points (4 referrals). 

When Do I Receive My Referral Points?

After your friend or family member completes their first purchase, referral points are added to your account after a 45-day pending period.

Is There a Limit on How Many People I Can Refer?

There is no limit to how many people can use your referral link to receive the 20% discount. However, the maximum number of points you can earn through referrals is 4,000.
