Is SIMO Rewards free to join?

Yes. Joining SIMO Rewards is completely free, and you'll receive a welcome bonus as soon as you enroll.

How do I earn points from using data?

You'll earn 5 points for each day you use data, regardless of how much data you consume. Points are awarded per usage day, not per GB.

Do Day Passes earn rewards?

Yes. Day Passes qualify in two ways:

• Earn 5 points for any day you use data with a Day Pass.
• Earn 1 point per eligible amount spent when purchasing a Day Pass. Purchase rewards become available after a 30-day pending period.

Can more than four people use my referral link?

Yes. Anyone can use your referral link to receive 20% off their first eligible purchase. The limit of four applies only to the referral points you can earn.

When do my referral points show up?

Referral rewards become available after the 45-day pending period has been completed.

How do I keep my points from expiring?

Simply remain active. Any eligible purchase, data usage, or points activity (earning or redeeming) within 180 days will keep your points active.
