Does Solis Hero include a Lifetime Data Plan?

Yes. Every Solis Hero includes the Lifetime Data Plan (LTD), allowing you to stay connected with free monthly data for the lifetime of the device, subject to the terms and conditions of the Lifetime Data Plan.

Does Solis Hero support 5G?

No. Solis Hero supports 4G LTE and 3G cellular networks only and does not connect to 5G networks.

Is Solis Hero compatible with the Solis app?

Yes. Solis Hero is fully compatible with the Solis app. During the device registration process, you may need to select Other Devices to complete the setup.

Can I transfer my existing data plan to a Solis Hero?

Yes. If you already have an active data plan on another SIMO or Solis device, our Customer Support team can assist you with transferring your eligible data plan to your new Solis Hero.
