Does Solis Pro include a Lifetime Data Plan?

Yes. Every Solis Pro includes the Lifetime Data Plan (LTD), providing free monthly data for the lifetime of the device, subject to the terms and conditions of the Lifetime Data Plan.

Is Solis Pro compatible with the Solis app?

Yes. Solis Pro is fully compatible with the Solis app. During the setup process, you may be prompted to select Other Devices when registering your hotspot.

Can I transfer my existing data plan to a Solis Pro?

Yes. If you have an active data plan on another SIMO or Solis device, our Customer Support team can help transfer your eligible data plan to your new Solis Pro.
