How to Manage Connected Devices on Solis Pro and Solis 5G

Solis Pro and Solis 5G allow you to share your internet connection with other devices. You can view all connected devices and block or unblock them directly from the hotspot, giving you greater control over your network.

Follow the steps below to view and manage the devices connected to your hotspot.

Step 1: Power on your Hotspot

Turn on your Solis Pro or Solis 5G and wait for the device to finish starting up.

Step 2: View Connected Devices

From the Home screen, you can quickly see how many devices are connected to each Wi-Fi band (2.4 GHz or 5 GHz).

Step 3: Manage Connected Devices

1. From the Home screen, select Menu.
2. Select Connected Devices.

A list of all currently connected devices will be displayed, grouped by Wi-Fi band.

Block or Unblock a Device

To manage access to your hotspot:

1. Select the device you want to manage.
2. Choose Block or Unblock.
3. Confirm your selection by selecting Yes.

Once confirmed, the selected device will either be blocked from connecting to your hotspot or allowed to reconnect.

Note: Blocking a device immediately disconnects it from your hotspot network. You can unblock the device at any time by following the same steps above.
