Solis Go Frequently Asked Questions

Is Solis Go compatible with the Solis app?

Yes. Solis Go is fully compatible with the Solis app. During the device registration process, select Other Devices to complete the setup.

Does Solis Go support 5G?

No. Solis Go supports 4G LTE and 3G cellular networks only. It is not compatible with 5G networks.

If you require 5G connectivity, consider upgrading to one of our 5G-compatible hotspots, such as the Solis 5G, Solis Edge, or Solis Pro.

Do I need to power on Solis Go to use the Power Bank feature?

No. The device does not need to be powered on.

To charge another device:

1. Connect your device using one of the built-in charging cables or the USB Type-C cable.
2. Press the Charging button on the side of the Solis Go to enable Power Bank mode.

How do I know when a firmware update is being installed?

Firmware updates are installed automatically while the Solis Go is powered off.

During the update process, all three LED indicators will blink. Do not power on or disconnect the device until the update is complete.

Does Solis Go include charging cables?

Yes. Solis Go includes a USB charging cable as well as built-in charging cables for compatible devices.

Note: A USB power adapter (wall charger) is not included with the device. You can use any compatible 5V USB power adapter to charge your Solis Go.
