Where can I find my device serial number or IMEI?
Open the Device Information page from the left navigation menu.
Here you'll find:
- Device Serial Number (SIMO) – This is the serial number you should provide to SIMO Customer Support when troubleshooting your device.
- IMEI – The unique identifier for your device's cellular modem.
What type of SIM card is compatible with the Acer Laptop?
The Acer Laptop supports a Nano SIM card.
Is SIMO Zero (eSIM) compatible with the Acer Laptop?
Yes. SIMO Zero (eSIM) is fully compatible with supported Acer laptops.
You can download and activate your eSIM using the SIMO Windows App.
Can I access the SIMO Portal without an active data plan?
Yes. If you're using the built-in SIMO Virtual SIM (vSIM), you can still access the SIMO Portal through the SIMO App even without an active data plan.
This is possible because the SIMO Portal is available through a whitelisted network connection.
Does the Acer Laptop support a Mobile Hotspot feature?

Can I uninstall the SIMO application?
Yes. Although the SIMO App comes pre-installed on supported Acer laptops, you can uninstall it at any time.
If needed, you can reinstall the app through the TravelMate Sense (TMS) application.
How do I reinstall the SIMO application?
Open the TravelMate Sense (TMS) application and follow the prompts to download and reinstall the SIMO App.
What data plans are available for the Acer Laptop?

Is the SIMO App included with the Acer Laptop?
Yes. The SIMO App is pre-installed on supported Acer TravelMate P4 models.
What is the Early Bird Plan?
The Early Bird Plan includes 2 GB of global data per day for 365 days.
This promotional offer is preloaded on eligible Acer laptops and is available exclusively to the first 1,000 qualifying customers. Once the promotional limit has been reached, the offer will no longer be available.
