You can manage your SIMO account information directly from the Solis app. Follow the instructions below to update your password or email address, or to reset a forgotten password.

Change Your Account Password

1. Open the Solis app.
2. Sign in to your SIMO account.
3. Tap Account > Profile Settings.

4. Select the Edit (pencil) icon next to Password.
5. Enter your new password and confirm the change.

Reset Your Password

If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it using either the Solis app or the SIMO User Portal.

Using the Solis App or User Portal

1. Open the Solis app or go to the SIMO User Portal.
2. Select Sign In.
3. Click or tap Need help signing in?
4. Enter the email address associated with your SIMO account.
5. Select Next.

If the email address is registered, you'll receive a password reset email.

6. Open the email with the subject Change Your SIMO Account Password.
7. Select the password reset link.
8. Enter and confirm your new password.
9. Select Save to complete the process.

Tip: If you don't receive the password reset email, check your Spam or Junk folder.

Change Your Account Email Address

1. Open the Solis app.
2. Sign in to your SIMO account.
3. Tap Account > Profile Settings.

4. Select the Edit (pencil) icon next to Email.
5. Enter your new email address and save your changes.

Change Your Phone Number

At this time, your registered phone number cannot be updated through the Solis app or the SIMO User Portal.

To update or remove the phone number associated with your account, please contact SIMO Customer Support.
