Can I Receive a Refund After My Subscription Renews?

Follow

SIMO subscriptions, including GoData and Unlimited plans, automatically renew unless Auto-Renew is turned off before the next billing date. Auto-renewal is disclosed during the purchase and subscription process.

To avoid future renewal charges, you must cancel or disable Auto-Renew before your scheduled renewal date.

Because subscription renewals reserve service for the upcoming billing period, renewal charges are generally non-refundable, regardless of whether the service is used. Once a renewal has been processed, the subscription will remain active through the end of the current billing cycle.

If your subscription has already renewed, we encourage you to continue using your service for the remainder of the billing period.

Tip: You can manage or disable Auto-Renew at any time through the SIMO App or your SIMO account. Changes take effect on your next renewal date and will not cancel the current billing period.
