Install an eSIM on iPhone

How to install and set up Solis Zero on iOS Device:

1. On your device go to 'Settings' and select 'Cellular'.

2. Click on 'Add eSIM' or 'Add Mobile Data Plan' or 'Add Cellular Plan' (depending on your iOS version):

3. You may enter the details manually or scan the QR code to activate Solis Zero

Manual Method: 

• Select 'Enter Details Manually'
• 
• Enter eSIM details in the required fields. Your eSIM detail can be found in the booking confirmation email sent to the email provided.
• 
• Choose a name/label or customize the name/label of your eSIM.
• Make sure you select eSIM for cellular data only and toggle 'On'.
• You should see your new eSIM under 'Cellular Plans' section.
• 

QR Code Method

• Use your printed QR code or another device that displays the QR Code to scan your eSIM QR Code.
• Your eSIM QR code can be found in the booking confirmation email.
• 
• Choose a name/label or customize the name/label of your eSIM.
• Make sure you select eSIM for cellular data only and toggle 'On'.
• You should see your new eSIM under 'Cellular Plans' section.
• 

After installing your eSIM, you must make necessary adjustments to connect successully:

• On your device go to 'Settings' and then click on 'Cellular'
• Select your newly installed eSIM profile
• 
• Toggle 'Turn On This Line' and enable 'Data Roaming' for your eSIM.
• Disable 'Allow Cellular Switching'  to avoid roaming charges on primary SIM.
• APN information should automatically be loaded.
• If APN information is not loaded and need to be filled in manually, please use:
  • APN Name: Orange
  • Username: Orange
  • Password: Orange
