Option 1: Check Your Device Settings

The easiest way to confirm eSIM support is through your device settings.

iPhone

1. Open Settings.
2. Tap Cellular or Mobile Service.
3. Look for Add eSIM or Add Cellular Plan.

If you see either option, your iPhone supports eSIM.

Android

Menu names may vary depending on the manufacturer and Android version.

1. Open Settings.
2. Navigate to Network & Internet, Connections, or SIM Manager.
3. Look for options such as:
   • Add eSIM
   • Download SIM
   • Manage eSIMs
   • Add Mobile Plan

If you see one of these options, your device supports eSIM.

Option 2: Check Your Device Model

Most recent smartphones support eSIM technology.

Option 3: Check for an EID Number

Devices that support eSIM are assigned an EID (Embedded Identity Document) number.

To check:

1. Open the Phone app.
2. Dial *#06#.
3. Look for an EID entry in the information displayed.

If an EID number appears, your device supports eSIM.

Note: Some Android devices may not display the EID using this method, even if they support eSIM. If you don't see an EID, check your device settings or the manufacturer's specifications instead.

Additional Requirements

Even if your device supports eSIM, you'll also need to ensure that:

• Your device is carrier-unlocked, if required by your mobile carrier.
• Your device is running the latest available operating system.
• Your destination is covered by the Solis Zero data plan you intend to purchase.
