In most cases, your Solis Zero eSIM will automatically configure the correct Access Point Name (APN) when it connects to a supported mobile network.
If you're unable to access mobile data or are instructed by Customer Support to configure the APN manually, follow the settings below.
APN Settings
| Setting | Value |
|---|---|
| APN (Access Point Name) | orange |
| Username | orange |
| Password | orange |
When Should I Configure the APN Manually?
Manual APN configuration is only necessary if:
- Your device does not automatically configure the APN.
- You can connect to a mobile network but cannot access the internet.
- SIMO Customer Support instructs you to update your APN settings.
After Updating the APN
Once you've entered the APN settings:
- Save the new APN configuration.
- Make sure the new APN profile is selected (if your device allows multiple APNs).
- Restart your device.
- Wait a few minutes while your device reconnects to the mobile network.
