How to Turn On Data Roaming

Data Roaming must be turned on for your ON eSIM to connect to a mobile network. Turning on Data Roaming won’t result in any additional charges to your ON plan or phone plan. Select your device below for instructions on how to turn on Data Roaming.

1. Go to Settings -> Cellular -> Select your ON eSIM
2. Turn on Data Roaming

Samsung

1. Go to Settings -> Connections -> Mobile networks
2. Turn on Data Roaming

Pixel

1. Go to Settings → Network & internet → SIMs
2. Select your ON eSIM
3. Turn on Roaming
