Our SIMO service will likely be unavailable if you are cruising out in the oceans. Today, most cruise lines offer satellite data for users to connect online.

If users are by a cruise port with a nearby cellular tower, the SIMO service will likely be available if we offer coverage.

Will SIMO work on airplanes?

Our SIMO service will be unavailable if you are up in the air. Today, most airlines provide satellite data for their users to connect online. 

Airports are popular locations for using our SIMO service. If you are in a country with coverage, the SIMO service will be available for you in the airport.

Will SIMO work in the car?

If we offer coverage in the location and there are cellular towers nearby, our SIMO service will likely work in the car.
