Follow this guide to set up your Solis Pro for the first time. You'll learn how to power on your device, link it to your SIMO account, buy a data plan, and connect to its Wi-Fi network so you can start using your data plan.
1. Power On
Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to power on the hotspot
2. Wait for the Hotspot to Find a Signal
It may take a couple of minutes to find a signal depending on your location. The upper left corner of the screen will show the carrier’s name once Solis Pro has found a signal.
3. Download the App
Scan the QR code below with your phone's camera to download the SIMO app.
4. Sign Up and Add Hotspot
Follow the app's instructions to create a SIMO account and add the device to your account.
5. Buy or Activate WiFi
Visit the Shop page on the web portal / App to buy a data plan. If you have a prepaid code, enter the code before checkout to redeem the prepaid service.
6. Connect to the Hotspot Wi-Fi
The hotspot’s Wi-Fi name and password can be found by tapping the Wi-Fi button on the hotspot’s home screen. Connect to the hotspot Wi-Fi just like any other Wi-Fi networks.
