Before You Begin

Before installing your eSIM, make sure that:

• Your device supports eSIM technology.
• Your device is carrier-unlocked (if required by your mobile carrier).
• Your device is connected to a stable Wi-Fi or internet connection.
• You have your eSIM QR code or activation details ready. These can be found in your Solis Zero order confirmation email.

Tip: We recommend installing your eSIM before you travel so it's ready to activate when you arrive at your destination.

How Long Is My QR Code Valid?

Your Solis Zero activation QR code and activation details do not expire as long as they have not been installed on a device.

Once the QR code has been successfully scanned and the eSIM is installed, it cannot be reused on another device.

Important: Most devices only allow an eSIM activation code to be installed once. If you delete the eSIM from your device, you may not be able to reinstall it using the same QR code. We recommend avoiding deleting the eSIM unless instructed by SIMO Customer Support.
