Step 1: Attach Antennas
- Connect the included antennas: 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz, and LTE.
- Ensure antennas are properly connected to designated sockets, securely fastened, and positioned upright.
Step 2: Position the Router
- Place your Solis Hub near a window (If 4G signal reception is weak, try another window.)
- Front of the device should face the window (toward the 4G signal).
- Back of the device should face into your home.

Step 3: Power On
- Plug the power adapter into the router and a wall outlet[BX2] . The router will turn on automatically.
- When the LTE and Signal Strength LED indicators are solid, the router is ready for use.
Step 4: Register on the Solis App
- Download the Solis App on your mobile device from the Google Play or Apple App Store.
- Open the Solis App , tap ‘Sign Up’, and choose ‘Other Devices’ to continue with registration.
- Choose ‘Enter Manually’ to add your device. The SIMO Serial Number and IMEI are available on the homepage of the router’s admin portal (198.168.0.1).
- Ensure you’re connected to the router’s network before accessing the admin portal.
Step 5: Buy Data or Redeem Code
- To buy data plans, go to ‘Shop’ in the Solis App.
- To redeem a prepaid code, go to ‘Shop’, select ‘Apply Code’, and enter your code to complete the redemption.
Step 6: Connect to Wi-Fi
- Locate the SSID and Wi-Fi Key (password) on the bottom label of your Solis Hub.[BX3] Both 2.4G and 5G SSID are available for connection.
- On your phone or computer, go to Wi-Fi settings and select the router's SSID.
- Enter the Wi-Fi Key to connect.
You're All Set!
- Your Solis Hub is now ready to use.
